After 34 played minutes I ritirandi di Canaus got a freekick which was hit by Dino De Gregorio. Sofyane Valognes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Crispino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Rathmore Lime Tree's Bilal Hédin got a free kick in the 42nd minute.

Karim Cosme kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After 58 played minutes Rathmore Lime Tree got a freekick which was hit by Karim Cosme. Rathmore Lime Tree's Fernand Rouland was substituted for Karim Cosme. A collision led to Rathmore Lime Tree getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Karim Cosme hit a great ball. Cesare Chizzo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Sofyane Valognes made a huge save. In the 69th minute, Alexander Perilli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rathmore Lime Tree's Sofyane Valognes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Rathmore Lime Tree from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Rathmore Lime Tree's Brian Boullet got a free kick in the 82nd minute. After recieving a nice pass, I ritirandi di Canaus's Cosimo Serra tried to score from far away in the 83rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Sofyane Valognes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched I ritirandi di Canaus eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
