Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Benoît Maniez started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes Elegance Dijon got a freekick which was hit by Émilien Demol. In the 13th match minute, Dexter Morgan VR46 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrico Iacovone to maneuver through the defense. Davide Cavaliere came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Elegance Dijon's Adil Caruso. But to his dismay, Adil Caruso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Davide Cavaliere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benoît Maniez in the 19th minute of the match. Dexter Morgan VR46's Ettore Treglia suffered a concussion after 21 minutes and had to leave the field. Dexter Morgan VR46's Dennis Pavlu was substituted for Ettore Treglia. Benoît Maniez hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sammartino in the 25th minute of play forced Elegance Dijon's goalkeeper Nathanaël Teissier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dexter Morgan VR46's Davide Cavaliere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adil Caruso in the 27th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Émilien Demol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Elegance Dijon fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. In the 40th minute, Mathieu Gaud got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edoardo Felli hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. 46 minutes into the match, Dexter Morgan VR46's goal looked a bit too open when Benoît Maniez came free, but Davide Cavaliere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 played minutes Dexter Morgan VR46 got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Scalabrino. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Franco Penna to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Elegance Dijon's Mathieu Gaud nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Davide Cavaliere made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. After some careless play in the Dexter Morgan VR46 defense, Adil Caruso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Davide Cavaliere. The Dexter Morgan VR46 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Davide Cavaliere should have stopped the shot. Davide Cavaliere made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mathieu Gaud in the 64th minute. Davide Cavaliere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benoît Maniez in the 66th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Adil Caruso dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Davide Cavaliere, 0-8. In the 70th match minute, Elegance Dijon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathieu Gaud to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Elegance Dijon's Fabian Guine got a free kick in the 75th minute. Elegance Dijon's Nathanaël Teissier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franco Penna in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute Adil Caruso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Davide Cavaliere saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute Franco Bobbio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nathanaël Teissier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Davide Cavaliere made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Mathieu Gaud sent off a good shot on target. 84 minutes into the match, Dexter Morgan VR46's Franco Penna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nathanaël Teissier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathieu Gaud in the 86th minute of play forced Dexter Morgan VR46's goalkeeper Davide Cavaliere to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Franco Penna might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nathanaël Teissier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Franco Penna ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yann Guillemin got free with Davide Cavaliere in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Diego Santo hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Yann Guillemin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elegance Dijon's supporters rose to their feet, but Yann Guillemin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Davide Cavaliere breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
