Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lawrence De Marco started the match with the kick off. The audience was convinced that Cvjetko Štokić's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amadeo Rapinett was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. In the 16th match minute, Lipovljani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yin Zhen Feng to maneuver through the defense. Attard Gunners's Amadeo Rapinett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Attard Gunners from getting a goal against them. Cvjetko Štokić might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amadeo Rapinett. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cvjetko Štokić ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 23rd minute, Nikifor Kulaksúzov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gabrijel Jovanovski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cvjetko Štokić could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Amadeo Rapinett made a huge save. 36 minutes into the match, Attard Gunners's goal looked a bit too open when Cvjetko Štokić came free, but Amadeo Rapinett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th play minute Cvjetko Štokić came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Amadeo Rapinett. 2-0. After having played for 42 minutes, Nikifor Kulaksúzov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lipovljani's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nikifor Kulaksúzov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 43 minutes into the game, Mykhaylo Mudryk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lipovljani's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Attard Gunners the free kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cvjetko Štokić made a kick off. Amadeo Rapinett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cvjetko Štokić in the 52nd minute of the match. 53 minutes into the match, Cvjetko Štokić had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amadeo Rapinett. Attard Gunners's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cvjetko Štokić was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Attard Gunners's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
