Jackson Busnel ran over to the corner to take the kick. Richard Leone was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Christophe Montaigne managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cats and dogs's supporters rose to their feet, but Christophe Montaigne was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vachon Sánchez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christophe Montaigne in the 28th minute of play forced Lunar Park's goalkeeper Vachon Sánchez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Lunar Park's Jackson Busnel got a free kick in the 34th minute. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 盛世 Paolini to make the kick off. Cats and dogs's Gaétan Toullec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 盛世 Paolini in the 54th minute of play. Gaétan Toullec stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 盛世 Paolini's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. In the 56thth minute of the game 盛世 Paolini who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cats and dogs's Gaétan Toullec was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vachon Sánchez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Louineau in the 61st minute of the match. Gaétan Toullec didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 盛世 Paolini went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 80 minutes into the match, Cats and dogs's goalkeeper Gaétan Toullec had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 盛世 Paolini. Christophe Montaigne succeeded in the game's 83rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Cats and dogs players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
