An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaël Rats in the 18th minute of play forced Old BaoBaB Accademy's goalkeeper Dino Losito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Gaël Rats sped through Old BaoBaB Accademy's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dino Losito. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Old BaoBaB Accademy's Carlo Donati in the 25th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Tord Waller was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Le Stade Briochin UC through an amazing save.
