Spectators: 205 (Terracing: 154, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fabiano Del Papa started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute Filippo Di Cesare shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristoforo Giacomini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eraldo Motta in the 7th minute of play forced AC Collins's goalkeeper Cristoforo Giacomini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gigi Donnarumma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Lemma in the 14th minute of play. After a rather tough play, AC Collins's Ferdinando Tamburrini got a free kick in the 14th minute. Gigi Donnarumma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabiano Del Papa, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. When A.S. Udinese's goal looked a bit too open when Fabiano Del Papa came free, but Gigi Donnarumma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute AC Collins were awarded a corner. Alfonso Vittorio went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Alfonso Vittorio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gigi Donnarumma quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 47 minutes into the game, A.S. Udinese's Eraldo Motta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristoforo Giacomini made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. A.S. Udinese made a substitution. Carmine Bontempi replaced Ferenc Kocsis.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eraldo Motta made a kick off. A.S. Udinese's Filippo Di Cesare got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristoforo Giacomini didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eraldo Motta went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. A.S. Udinese made a substitution. Armin Ruggeri replaced Michael-Peter Koenig. AC Collins made a substitution. Alberigo Rosa replaced Ferdinando Tamburrini. 66 minutes into the game, Filippo Di Cesare was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.S. Udinese's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AC Collins the free kick. Carmine Bontempi hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Filippo Di Cesare sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 97th minute Emilio Dossena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristoforo Giacomini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
