Di Xing Ying came out and tried to block the shot, but Willy Sauvestre slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 14th minute. When Jacques Audren fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tours Football Club's protests and gave Jacques Audren a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Tours Football Club's Jacques Audren got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute Laurent Rouille shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Jovanovic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Laurent Rouille notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Tours Football Club's Felix Jovanovic. Felix Jovanovic was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Willy Sauvestre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Felix Jovanovic stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Corentin Deudon's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. The SILMONT fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Willy Sauvestre was the one to do the kick off. Di Xing Ying came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Tours Football Club's Marcel Singer. But to his dismay, Marcel Singer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Fabian Caplain kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 59th minute Emílio Lendaa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Jovanovic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute, Emílio Lendaa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felix Jovanovic was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Léo Ramsamy during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 83rd match minute, SILMONT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mai Zhen to maneuver through the defense. Felix Jovanovic showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adriano Guimarães, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. SILMONT's Di Xing Ying played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ibrahim Rault in the 96th minute of play. 97 minutes into the match, SILMONT's goal looked a bit too open when Ibrahim Rault came free, but Di Xing Ying reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SILMONT's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
