After 21 minutes of play, Seggiano's Carmine Righi made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind AC Collins's goalkeeper Cristoforo Giacomini, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After taking down the ball on Seggiano's corner Bedri Baykutay fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cristoforo Giacomini quite easily take care of the ball. Cristoforo Giacomini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmine Righi in the 38th minute of the match. The Seggiano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jehad Sungkono should have stopped the shot. After 44 minutes, Bedri Baykutay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seggiano and the AC Collins players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of AC Collins booed when Seggiano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bedri Baykutay didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, AC Collins's Cristoforo Giacomini got control of the ball when Carmine Righi tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabiano Del Papa made a kick off.
