The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Eutropio Vera kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hilário Salgado. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. When Walery Roman came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the la Conarda C.F. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walery Roman couldn't finish the play. ADCR Loreto United FC's Hilário Salgado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save ADCR Loreto United FC from getting a goal against them. After 8 played minutes ADCR Loreto United FC got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Varela. After recieving a nice pass, la Conarda C.F.'s Walery Roman tried to score from far away in the 11th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Walery Roman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Hilário Salgado when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 13th minute la Conarda C.F. were awarded a corner. Walery Roman went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led la Conarda C.F.'s Walery Roman to fire away a dangerous shot which Hilário Salgado despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, ADCR Loreto United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eutropio Vera came free, but Hilário Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of ADCR Loreto United FC booed when la Conarda C.F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eutropio Vera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hilário Salgado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miguel Dorado in the 19th minute. After 20 minutes of play, ADCR Loreto United FC's Vítor Dantas made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alarico Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 24th minute, la Conarda C.F.'s Walery Roman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hilário Salgado. Hilário Salgado yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Walery Roman got free with Hilário Salgado in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alarico Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vítor Dantas in the 30th minute of the match. Horácio Parente hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Hilário Salgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eutropio Vera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eutropio Vera took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hilário Salgado. Hilário Salgado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 42nd minute of the match, Walery Roman got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hilário Salgado was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Arvin Gerdberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. la Conarda C.F.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Arvin Gerdberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hilário Salgado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 47th minute, Guillermo Manzano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
The wind increased when Vítor Dantas made the kick off in the second half. Vicente Caiado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Alarico Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 54th minute, Walery Roman made a precise shot to the right of Hilário Salgado. ADCR Loreto United FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eutropio Vera in the 57th minute of play forced ADCR Loreto United FC's goalkeeper Hilário Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miguel Dorado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilário Salgado having to interfere. Vítor Dantas's late challenge caught a la Conarda C.F.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. But to his dismay, Eutropio Vera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. la Conarda C.F.'s Abad Azofra was substituted for Walery Roman. In the 87th minute Miguel Dorado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hilário Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Eutropio Vera came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the la Conarda C.F. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eutropio Vera couldn't finish the play. Hilário Salgado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miguel Dorado went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. After 96 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for la Conarda C.F.! la Conarda C.F. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of ADCR Loreto United FC for a fine match.
