Patrício Saldanha charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The crowd rose to their feet as Putu Molek kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Quinton Pais. That made the score 1-0 in the 18 minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Putu Molek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Quinton Pais was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alípio Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xicu Teruel in the 36th minute of play. Quinton Pais made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Putu Molek sent off a good shot on target. When Fausto Rapado was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 42 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, ReyPoxo's Fausto Rapado got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Putu Molek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quinton Pais having to interfere. With a little luck, ReyPoxo's Quinton Pais got control of the ball when Miguel Oliveira tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

Quinton Pais came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Delta FS's Andaka Mellon. But to his dismay, Andaka Mellon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. 56 minutes into the match, Delta FS's goalkeeper Alípio Magalhães had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaitano Noya. After 63 minutes, Jacinto Beloki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ReyPoxo and the Delta FS players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to ReyPoxo getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Jacinto Beloki hit a great ball. Quinton Pais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrício Saldanha in the 71st minute of play. After 72 minutes, Putu Molek made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. ReyPoxo's Quinton Pais tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A sloppy throw-in by Nicolas Raposo in the 76th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ReyPoxo's Ireno Arratia. Quinton Pais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andaka Mellon in the 82nd minute of the match. Quinton Pais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Oliveira in the 84th minute of play. When Delta FS's Patrício Saldanha in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ReyPoxo's goalie prevented a goal. Quinton Pais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Putu Molek, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Andaka Mellon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Quinton Pais. ReyPoxo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andaka Mellon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. A collision led to ReyPoxo getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Jacinto Beloki hit a great ball. Delta FS's Andaka Mellon got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alípio Magalhães made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacinto Beloki in the 95th minute.
