In the 4th minute, Gaitano Noya got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 5 minutes into the game, Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Aldo Dias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Quinton Pais made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 8th minute, Olavo Eiró reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Quinton Pais. The goal made the score 2-0. Marciano Eskuin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xicu Teruel in the 12th minute of the match. Quinton Pais came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Quim Barreiros. But to his dismay, Quim Barreiros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Quinton Pais made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olavo Eiró in the 16th minute. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Aldo Dias took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Quinton Pais to make any attempt to save it. Aldo Dias succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 5-0 in the 20th playminute. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Aldo Dias sped through ReyPoxo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Quinton Pais. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olavo Eiró in the 27th minute of play forced ReyPoxo's goalkeeper Quinton Pais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Quinton Pais didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Quim Barreiros went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of ReyPoxo booed when Arrebimba o Malho SLB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quim Barreiros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olavo Eiró scored 9-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Quinton Pais, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Quim Barreiros scored 10-0 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Quinton Pais, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the last second Quinton Pais throw himself and got hold of the ball when Quim Barreiros in the 42ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 43rd minute of the match Arrebimba o Malho SLB got a corner. ReyPoxo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ota Rio ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Ota Rio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Quinton Pais quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After some careless play in the ReyPoxo defense, Rogério Azenha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Quinton Pais. The ReyPoxo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Quinton Pais should have stopped the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xicu Teruel to make the kick off. Quinton Pais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ben Fica, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. When Olavo Eiró, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 53 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Quinton Pais was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ben Fica in the 55th minute of play forced ReyPoxo's goalkeeper Quinton Pais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Epifanio Belalcaraz hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Ota Rio might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Quinton Pais. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ota Rio ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fausto Rapado during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 63 minutes into the game, Olavo Eiró cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 13-0. Quinton Pais was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 68th minute, Ben Fica made a precise shot to the right of Quinton Pais. ReyPoxo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 14-0. ReyPoxo's Quinton Pais played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Dias in the 72nd minute of play. Quinton Pais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olavo Eiró in the 73rd minute of the match. Quinton Pais didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Olavo Eiró went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 15-0 was the resulting score. Quinton Pais came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Rogério Azenha. But to his dismay, Rogério Azenha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 16-0. Quinton Pais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olavo Eiró in the 87th minute of play. Olavo Eiró took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Quinton Pais. Quinton Pais dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 17-0.
