Seve Dobale blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fernanco Muslera having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Seve Dobale in the 5th minute of play forced Valadas's goalkeeper Fernanco Muslera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Ourense's zone, Honorato Lameiras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jerrold Valcarcel came out of the goal and Honorato Lameiras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorato Lameiras in the 19th minute of play forced Atlético Ourense's goalkeeper Jerrold Valcarcel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zekeriya Ülgener charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zekeriya Ülgener the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 21st minute, Zekeriya Ülgener hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 34 minutes into the match, Valadas's goal looked a bit too open when Seve Dobale came free, but Fernanco Muslera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honorato Lameiras scored 1-0 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jerrold Valcarcel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 40th match minute, Valadas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorato Lameiras to maneuver through the defense.

Jerrold Valcarcel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zekeriya Ülgener in the 53rd minute of play. Jerrold Valcarcel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorato Lameiras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the match, Atlético Ourense's goal looked a bit too open when Honorato Lameiras came free, but Jerrold Valcarcel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Fernanco Muslera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 63 minutes into the game, Atlético Ourense's Seve Dobale nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fernanco Muslera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Honorato Lameiras struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Jerrold Valcarcel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valadas. 72 minutes into the match, Indartsu Sarro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fernanco Muslera, 1-2. 79 minutes into the match, Atlético Ourense's goal looked a bit too open when Honorato Lameiras came free, but Jerrold Valcarcel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Vilalobos made a great header on Valadas's corner, it was just that Atlético Ourense's Jerrold Valcarcel managed to reach the ball for a save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 90 minutes into the game, when André Martins put in a rough tackle.
