Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 122, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Atlético Ourense's Unai Calatayud started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Valter Prada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Jerrold Valcarcel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Seve Dobale in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Osvaldo Vilaverde prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 11thth minute of the game Traian Hăvârneanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlético Ourense's Jerrold Valcarcel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Osvaldo Vilaverde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Seve Dobale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute of the match VB-Team got a corner. Atlético Ourense's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luís Caeiro ran over to the corner to take the kick. Osvaldo Vilaverde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Unai Calatayud in the 19th minute of the match. Osvaldo Vilaverde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Unai Calatayud, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Seve Dobale's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Osvaldo Vilaverde read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Jerrold Valcarcel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Traian Hăvârneanu in the 24th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Traian Hăvârneanu in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jerrold Valcarcel saved Atlético Ourense from getting behind. VB-Team's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luís Caeiro in the 32nd minute. The corner led VB-Team's Luís Caeiro to fire away a dangerous shot which Jerrold Valcarcel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. VB-Team's Osvaldo Vilaverde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Seve Dobale in the 34th minute of play. The throw-in from Leandro Barcelos in the 35th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Atlético Ourense's Andoitz Riells. Atlético Ourense's Andoitz Riells quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Leandro Barcelos, made in the 37th minute of the game. Diego Calçada hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Atlético Ourense's Andoitz Riells managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Leandro Barcelos in the 44 minute of the game. Seve Dobale's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Osvaldo Vilaverde read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Traian Hăvârneanu made a kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Atlético Ourense's Seve Dobale nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Osvaldo Vilaverde made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 58th minute, Seve Dobale ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Osvaldo Vilaverde was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 62nd minute Seve Dobale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Vilaverde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 62 minutes of play, Atlético Ourense's Seve Dobale made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Osvaldo Vilaverde was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Traian Hăvârneanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jerrold Valcarcel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Traian Hăvârneanu in the 64th minute of play. Leandro Barcelos made in the 67th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Atlético Ourense's Andoitz Riells. VB-Team's Osvaldo Vilaverde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Seve Dobale in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Atlético Ourense's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Corte-Real came free, but Jerrold Valcarcel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Luís Caeiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jerrold Valcarcel was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. After 80 minutes Atlético Ourense's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luís Caeiro who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Luís Caeiro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Atlético Ourense's Jerrold Valcarcel did a great save. 1-3 became the score in the 81st minute when Luís Caeiro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The supporters of Atlético Ourense booed when VB-Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valter Prada didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 85 played minutes, Atlético Ourense's Indartsu Sarro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Osvaldo Vilaverde came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Atlético Ourense reached it. The supporters of VB-Team booed when Atlético Ourense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Indartsu Sarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Atlético Ourense's Olo Cabanela got a free kick in the 90th minute. After recieving a nice pass, VB-Team's Luís Caeiro tried to score from far away in the 90th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Atlético Ourense had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
