Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Luis Ortiz made the kick off and thus started the match. Virgilio Marcilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Ortiz in the 2nd minute of play. After 5 played minutes PERSPOLIS got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Seraín. Valdo Salas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Miguel Teresa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Valdo Salas managed to get in a good position for a shot. PERSPOLIS's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdo Salas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Teresa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Miguel Teresa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdo Salas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the game, Celestino Seraín was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PERSPOLIS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SIMvergüenzas the free kick. After a rather tough play, PERSPOLIS's Celestino Seraín got a free kick in the 14th minute. Luis Ortiz struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Virgilio Marcilla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SIMvergüenzas. 19 minutes into the match, SIMvergüenzas's goal looked a bit too open when Celestino Seraín came free, but Miguel Teresa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SIMvergüenzas's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Berriotxoa Galnares in the 28th minute. After taking down the ball on SIMvergüenzas's corner Berriotxoa Galnares fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Virgilio Marcilla quite easily take care of the ball. PERSPOLIS's Virgilio Marcilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Ortiz in the 31st minute of play. Miguel Teresa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdo Salas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 39 played minutes PERSPOLIS got a freekick which was hit by Carlitos Belalcaraz. 45 minutes into the match, PERSPOLIS's goalkeeper Virgilio Marcilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luis Ortiz. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Celestino Seraín to strike the kick off in the second half. Celestino Seraín succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 66th playminute. After having played for 68 minutes, Celestino Seraín managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PERSPOLIS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celestino Seraín was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 72ndth minute of the game Celestino Seraín who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SIMvergüenzas's Miguel Teresa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. PERSPOLIS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pedro León in the 73rd minute. PERSPOLIS's Pedro León was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Miguel Teresa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hondo Ziguenza during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The corner went over the outstretched arms of SIMvergüenzas's goalie and right to Myles Powderham. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. SIMvergüenzas's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luis Ortiz in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Virgilio Marcilla saved PERSPOLIS from getting behind. Valdo Salas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Teresa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdo Salas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 97 minutes had been played when some careless play by SIMvergüenzas's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pedro León was slow to take the kick. During this time PERSPOLIS's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on PERSPOLIS's corner Pedro León fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Miguel Teresa quite easily take care of the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. SIMvergüenzas had played much better football throughout.
