An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascoal Antas in the 3rd minute of play forced Mandrake fc's goalkeeper Elar Quero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Fura Balizas's zone, Abad Santos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harald Lossmann came out of the goal and Abad Santos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Mandrake fc getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Geofredo Jurado hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the match, Mandrake fc's goalkeeper Elar Quero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pascoal Antas. After 17 minutes FC Fura Balizas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Baudilio Velasco who took care of the corner kick. When Venancio Indartsu fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mandrake fc's protests and gave Venancio Indartsu a yellow card for diving instead. Pascoal Antas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Elar Quero made a huge save. Normando Macena kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Abad Santos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Harald Lossmann was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. FC Fura Balizas's Harald Lossmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abad Santos in the 32nd minute of play. Alex Belém was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Fura Balizas's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Jorge Baldaia managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Venancio Indartsu hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Pascoal Antas managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Fura Balizas's supporters rose to their feet, but Pascoal Antas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elar Quero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elar Quero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jorge Baldaia in the 44th minute. Venancio Indartsu kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Abad Santos might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Harald Lossmann. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abad Santos ran back to his position shaking his head. After 59 minutes of play, FC Fura Balizas's Jorge Baldaia made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elar Quero was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Mandrake fc booed when FC Fura Balizas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Normando Macena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Altino Vidal made in the 64th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Alex Belém immediately put the ball in play. Geofredo Jurado's late challenge caught a FC Fura Balizas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Geofredo Jurado helped the player get up and apologised. Pascoal Antas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Elar Quero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascoal Antas in the 67th minute of play. Mandrake fc's Elar Quero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascoal Antas in the 72nd minute of play. FC Fura Balizas made a substitution. Mendoza Ameda replaced Normando Macena. Duardo Reyes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Durval Póvoas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Elar Quero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Durval Póvoas hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Durval Póvoas in the 89th minute of play forced Mandrake fc's goalkeeper Elar Quero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geofredo Jurado got his second yellow card in the match during the 89th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Mandrake fc's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
