When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Du Jian Chen took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Unai Simon to make any attempt to save it. After 6 played minutes LVCVS AVGVSTI got a freekick which was hit by Sinforoso Litago. LVCVS AVGVSTI's Unai Simon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save LVCVS AVGVSTI from getting a goal against them. After 8 played minutes La Mora CAT got a freekick which was hit by Boruc Petka. 9 minutes into the match, LVCVS AVGVSTI's Leal Herrero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Şenol Güneş narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 12 minutes into the game, La Mora CAT's Coronel Andres nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Unai Simon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 15th minute, Du Jian Chen made a precise shot to the right of Unai Simon. LVCVS AVGVSTI's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. LVCVS AVGVSTI's Unai Simon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Coronel Andres in the 17th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Du Jian Chen got free with Unai Simon in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Unai Simon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Coronel Andres in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Coronel Andres in the 23rd minute of play forced LVCVS AVGVSTI's goalkeeper Unai Simon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Unai Simon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Coronel Andres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The LVCVS AVGVSTI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Unai Simon should have stopped the shot. 36 minutes into the match, LVCVS AVGVSTI's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Coutinho came free, but Unai Simon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of La Mora CAT booed when LVCVS AVGVSTI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Climent didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th minute Severino Coutinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Unai Simon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5-0 became the score in the 41st minute when Severino Coutinho elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, La Mora CAT's Víctor Hernandez got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Coronel Andres was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Du Jian Chen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Unai Simon was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. A collision led to LVCVS AVGVSTI getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Jorge Climent hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the game, Du Jian Chen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Unai Simon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Du Jian Chen's late challenge caught a LVCVS AVGVSTI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Du Jian Chen helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to La Mora CAT getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Du Jian Chen hit a great ball. La Mora CAT made a substitution. Frank Alvarenga replaced Etor Benito. The supporters of LVCVS AVGVSTI booed when La Mora CAT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Du Jian Chen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Unai Simon came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by La Mora CAT's Severino Coutinho. But to his dismay, Severino Coutinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Coronel Andres scored 9-0 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Unai Simon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. La Mora CAT's Seve Grau was substituted for Du Jian Chen. 72 minutes into the match, LVCVS AVGVSTI's goal looked a bit too open when Wayne Rooney came free, but Unai Simon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Unai Simon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Coutinho in the 73rd minute of the match. LVCVS AVGVSTI's Unai Simon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Alvarenga in the 76th minute of play. Unai Simon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Coronel Canyelles in the 82nd minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Severino Coutinho notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of LVCVS AVGVSTI's Unai Simon. Unai Simon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wayne Rooney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. La Mora CAT walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
