Flórián Dósa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Ádám Balogh made a huge save. György Solti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lajos Cseke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lajos Cseke in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg György Solti saved Százhalombattai VUK SE from getting behind. 27 minutes into the match, Keszi Athletic's goalkeeper Ádám Balogh had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Egon Sinka. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lajos Cseke in the 29th minute of play forced Százhalombattai VUK SE's goalkeeper György Solti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 30 minutes of play, Keszi Athletic's Mihály Szalai made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. György Solti was left in no man's land by his defense there! 35 minutes into the match, Százhalombattai VUK SE's goal looked a bit too open when Flórián Novák came free, but György Solti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Keszi Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Adrián Márkus came free, but Ádám Balogh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Flórián Novák sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th minute Adrián Márkus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ádám Balogh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Keszi Athletic's Mihály Szalai slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of György Solti. That made the score 0-3 after 66 minutes of play. Százhalombattai VUK SE's Shane McSwen was substituted for Adrián Márkus. The supporters of Keszi Athletic booed when Százhalombattai VUK SE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shane McSwen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Százhalombattai VUK SE's György Solti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihály Szalai in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute Keszi Athletic were awarded a corner. Károly Cseke went to the cornerflag to take it. Keszi Athletic's Károly Cseke was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but György Solti in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 80 minutes into the game, Százhalombattai VUK SE's Shane McSwen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ádám Balogh made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shane McSwen in the 86th minute of play forced Keszi Athletic's goalkeeper Ádám Balogh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Keszi Athletic's Dániel Ábrahám got a free kick in the 87th minute. The Százhalombattai VUK SE fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when Százhalombattai VUK SE's Shane McSwen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The Keszi Athletic supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Keszi Athletic would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
