Ralph Temen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Blue avalanche getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Valkan Túrpanov hit a great ball. Asparuh Tarashoev was a little too slow when Klaas Wegman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 7th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 10th minute, Kliment Penushliev made a precise shot to the right of Jaap Jochemsen. Smalbroek's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. A collision led to Blue avalanche getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Valkan Túrpanov hit a great ball. Blue avalanche's Asparuh Tarashoev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klaas Wegman in the 17th minute of play. Asparuh Tarashoev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Klaas Wegman in the 19th minute. 21 minutes into the game, Kliment Penushliev cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Jaap Jochemsen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klaas Wegman in the 25th minute of play forced Blue avalanche's goalkeeper Asparuh Tarashoev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Blue avalanche getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Valkan Túrpanov hit a great ball. Asparuh Tarashoev made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Daniel Kremer sent off a good shot on target. After 29 minutes, Kalin Kitev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blue avalanche and the Smalbroek players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th minute, Kalin Kitev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute, Klaas Wegman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Blue avalanche's Asparuh Tarashoev got control of the ball when Ralph Temen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kalin Kitev kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Smalbroek's Frits Vedder dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Klaas Wegman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Asparuh Tarashoev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Klaas Wegman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th minute, Frits Vedder made a precise shot to the right of Asparuh Tarashoev. Blue avalanche's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. After a rather tough play, Smalbroek's Daniel Kremer got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 59th match minute, Blue avalanche was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doncho Kerelov to maneuver through the defense. Kliment Penushliev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Jaap Jochemsen made a huge save. The supporters of Blue avalanche booed when Smalbroek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Klaas Wegman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kliment Penushliev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Jaap Jochemsen made a huge save. Kliment Penushliev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaap Jochemsen having to interfere. If Kliment Penushliev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Asparuh Tarashoev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Klaas Wegman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute of the match Folker Cales sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Asparuh Tarashoev skillfully saved the ball. Asparuh Tarashoev didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Klaas Wegman went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. In the 85th minute, Klaas Wegman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Asparuh Tarashoev was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. In the 88th minute, Kliment Penushliev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frits Vedder in the 89th minute of play forced Blue avalanche's goalkeeper Asparuh Tarashoev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Kliment Penushliev came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Blue avalanche fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kliment Penushliev couldn't finish the play. Smalbroek's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
