The supporters of ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς booed when Lanzenkirchen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arno Steffens didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute Andris De Baere shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Barten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Lanzenkirchen's Luis Barten got control of the ball when Patrik De Wortelaers tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Dominik Wögerbauer put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Jimmy Bosmans. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Haag in the 34th minute of play forced ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς's goalkeeper Jimmy Bosmans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patrik De Wortelaers's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luis Barten read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Dominik Wögerbauer got free with Jimmy Bosmans in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wannes Cesters's late challenge caught a Lanzenkirchen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wannes Cesters helped the player get up and apologised. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dominik Wögerbauer got free with Jimmy Bosmans in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς's Max Huijsmans got a free kick in the 85th minute. Dominik Wögerbauer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st minute, Lanzenkirchen's Mario Haag ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jimmy Bosmans. Jimmy Bosmans yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-10. Dominik Wögerbauer's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jimmy Bosmans firmly grabbed it by the left post.
