In the 15thth minute of the game Sava Vatrachki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nadzieja Speed Elblag's Emil Roelofs was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 16 played minutes Nadzieja Speed Elblag got a freekick which was hit by Stef Graaff. A nice corner shot did that Prokopi Basarov got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Emil Roelofs quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 19 minutes into the game, Prokopi Basarov lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Emil Roelofs. 26 minutes into the match, Yuri Velkov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emil Roelofs. Sava Vatrachki who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Emil Roelofs when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Nadzieja Speed Elblag's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Prokopi Basarov scored to the left of an out of position Emil Roelofs, making the score, 4-0. After 45 played minutes Prokopi Basarov rounded Nadzieja Speed Elblag's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 5-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pim van Gaal was the one to do the kick off.
