The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emanuel Dhollander was the one to do the kick off. With an all-out effort, Minion Mim's Mario Klompe threw himself towards the right post 51 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Matijs De Weerdt, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Zijdewind SC's Gert Kroeze got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 58 played minutes Minion Mim got a freekick which was hit by Brian Verdonk. After 65 played minutes Emanuel Dhollander rounded Zijdewind SC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. Zijdewind SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 87th minute, Minion Mim's Emanuel Dhollander ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mario Klompe. Mario Klompe yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Ferdi Dekens took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kurt Clement. Kurt Clement dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4.
