After a rather tough play, STORM's Yaroslav Komarov got a free kick in the 16th minute. ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™'s Enno Hassel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikolay Kosunov in the 18th minute of play. Ruslan Gavrilenkov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrick Keussen, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After a rather tough play, STORM's Aleksey Klinkovskiy got a free kick in the 26th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Horea Savin in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruslan Gavrilenkov saved STORM from getting behind. After 33 played minutes STORM got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Vorobiev. Ruslan Gavrilenkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doctor Kabini in the 37th minute of the match. Jürgen Grabmeier kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. STORM's Vitaliy Koirovich was substituted for Nikolay Kosunov. Jürgen Grabmeier hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After having played for 43 minutes, Valentin Vorobiev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. STORM's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Vorobiev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 46th minute, Rostislav Zaitsev reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Enno Hassel. The goal made the score 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Matvey Mikhailov was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™'s Horea Savin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, STORM's Ruslan Gavrilenkov got control of the ball when Horea Savin tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 85 minutes, Christiano Ronaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Christiano Ronaldo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Horea Savin might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ruslan Gavrilenkov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Horea Savin ran back to his position shaking his head. Ruslan Gavrilenkov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Horea Savin's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. In the 88th minute of the match, Patrik Schlacher tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ruslan Gavrilenkov saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Horea Savin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, STORM's Ruslan Gavrilenkov got control of the ball when Horea Savin tried to sneak it across the goal line. ᴷᴬᴮᴵᴺᴵsTOP⑪™ were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over STORM's much stronger midfield.
