The supporters of SK Slavia Bohnice booed when Invictus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Galvão didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to SK Slavia Bohnice getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Silvestr Bastl hit a great ball. When Gert Sterckx came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Invictus FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gert Sterckx couldn't finish the play. With his leg Mario Šlégr managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when Invictus FC's Gert Sterckx fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 15 minutes into the match, Invictus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Doleček came free, but Wannes De Tapp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute, Robert Mácha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gert Sterckx got free with Mario Šlégr in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Libor Kozler in the 80th minute of play forced Invictus FC's goalkeeper Wannes De Tapp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Jamie van Elderen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SK Slavia Bohnice had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
