After 93 played minutes, FV Wienerwald's Philipp Haberer shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Stayko Kalugerov came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FV Wienerwald reached it. Stayko Kalugerov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven-Christian Kaindl's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
