The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. György Weszely's late challenge caught a Laziali's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Viktor Tolnai showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nikola Drinov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from György Weszely in the 8th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers György Weszely in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nikola Drinov saved Laziali from getting behind. György Weszely recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Valencia CF Mindszent's Viktor Tolnai got control of the ball when Doncho Tzvetkov tried to sneak it across the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Valencia CF Mindszent's György Weszely nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nikola Drinov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Blagoy Dabizhev kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute György Weszely shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikola Drinov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 95 played minutes, Laziali's Radomir Groshkov shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Viktor Tolnai came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Laziali reached it. Valencia CF Mindszent were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Laziali's much stronger midfield.
