Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) After having played for 3 minutes, Ed 冯义兴 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Albertus FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ed 冯义兴 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sergio Coomans made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Christijan van Asseldonk sent off a good shot on target. Albertus FC's Leendert Borg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siebe Dejonghe in the 7th minute of play. After 9 played minutes Genk got a freekick which was hit by Charly Tombuer. Sergio Coomans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christijan van Asseldonk, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After a rather tough play, Genk's Daan Van Der Elst got a free kick in the 14th minute. If Klaas Jan Klaassen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pieter Theissen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Ed 冯义兴's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sergio Coomans was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. When Albertus FC's Ed 冯义兴 in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Ed 冯义兴 came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Albertus FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ed 冯义兴 couldn't finish the play. In the 37thth minute of the game Ed 冯义兴 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Genk's Sergio Coomans was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Genk's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pieter Theissen was slow to take the kick. During this time Albertus FC's players had a chance to rest. Albertus FC's Klaas Jan Klaassen was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sergio Coomans in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 40 played minutes Genk got a freekick which was hit by Bernt Cesters. Leendert Borg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siebe Dejonghe, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 42nd match minute, Albertus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Guzman to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute, Martial Van Meel sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Albertus FC's Leendert Borg didn't even have to move.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christijan van Asseldonk to make the kick off. After 51 minutes of play, Albertus FC's Klaas Jan Klaassen made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sergio Coomans was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sergio Coomans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christijan van Asseldonk in the 58th minute of the match. Jan Knops kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the game, Albertus FC's Gijsbert Bults nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sergio Coomans made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. 70 minutes into the match, Albertus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernt Cesters came free, but Leendert Borg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Albertus FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Gijsbert Bults hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute of the match Daan Van Der Elst sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leendert Borg skillfully saved the ball. Martial Van Meel hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Albertus FC's Pieter Theissen got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Genk's Sergio Coomans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christijan van Asseldonk in the 83rd minute of play. If Ed 冯义兴 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christijan van Asseldonk in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sergio Coomans prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernt Cesters in the 89th minute of play forced Albertus FC's goalkeeper Leendert Borg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the game, Daan Van Der Elst was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Genk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Albertus FC the free kick. A collision led to Genk getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Daan Van Der Elst hit a great ball. The Genk players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Albertus FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
