Pieter de Zwart's late challenge caught a Albertus FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pieter de Zwart helped the player get up and apologised. Pieter de Zwart hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Riemer Mulders took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mirko Vervoort. Mirko Vervoort dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 11th minute Albertus FC were awarded a corner. Pieter Theissen went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Pieter Theissen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mijdrecht Maffia's Mirko Vervoort did a great save. If Riemer Mulders had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 21st match minute, Albertus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Riemer Mulders to maneuver through the defense. During the 24th minute of the match Pieter de Zwart completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Pieter de Zwart a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 24th minute, Pieter de Zwart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mirko Vervoort showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ed 冯义兴 in the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klaas Jan Klaassen in the 33rd minute of play forced Mijdrecht Maffia's goalkeeper Mirko Vervoort to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pieter Theissen kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. After 38 played minutes Albertus FC got a freekick which was hit by Gertjan van Damme. An unexpectedly hard shot by Riemer Mulders in the 42nd minute of play forced Mijdrecht Maffia's goalkeeper Mirko Vervoort to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Riemer Mulders stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Mijdrecht Maffia's Cobus Wolf got a free kick in the 51st minute. When Cobus Wolf fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mijdrecht Maffia's protests and gave Cobus Wolf a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Mijdrecht Maffia getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Cobus Wolf hit a great ball. In the 66th minute, Juvenal Vaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan Knops took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 67th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mirko Vervoort. Mijdrecht Maffia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Mirko Vervoort took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Klaas Jan Klaassen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th match minute, Mijdrecht Maffia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cobus Wolf to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Riemer Mulders in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mirko Vervoort saved Mijdrecht Maffia from getting behind. Mirko Vervoort showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klaas Jan Klaassen in the 84th minute of the match. Riemer Mulders in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mirko Vervoort, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Riemer Mulders sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 91 played minutes Albertus FC got a freekick which was hit by Cristo Guzman. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juvenal Vaz in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leendert Borg saved Albertus FC from getting behind. 96 minutes into the match, Mijdrecht Maffia's goal looked a bit too open when Klaas Jan Klaassen came free, but Mirko Vervoort reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
