Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Siebe Dejonghe started the match with the kick off. Bernt Cesters charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernt Cesters the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Genk getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Bernt Cesters hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dino Straumann in the 6th minute of play forced Genk's goalkeeper Sergio Coomans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sergio Coomans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marc Pedraza in the 18th minute of the match. Sergio Coomans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marc Pedraza, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 32nd minute Bernt Cesters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gitano Bracchi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 37 minutes, Giacomo Engele mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the THE ROKERY PIMKIS and the Genk players grew even worse after the yellow card. Giacomo Engele hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Charly Tombuer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Mischa Schüepp got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 43rd minute of the match, Bernt Cesters tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gitano Bracchi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Marc Pedraza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Coomans having to interfere. If Dino Straumann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sergio Coomans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dino Straumann in the 56th minute of play. Charly Tombuer hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Ferdinand Van den Inde hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After 60 played minutes, THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Stefan Nadel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sergio Coomans came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in THE ROKERY PIMKIS reached it. In the 63rd minute, Bernt Cesters got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tim-Jan Delcomte's late challenge caught a THE ROKERY PIMKIS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tim-Jan Delcomte helped the player get up and apologised. If Siebe Dejonghe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Gitano Bracchi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siebe Dejonghe in the 79th minute of play. The supporters of THE ROKERY PIMKIS booed when Genk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tim-Jan Delcomte didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Stefan Nadel fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored THE ROKERY PIMKIS's protests and gave Stefan Nadel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th match minute, THE ROKERY PIMKIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Nadel to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in THE ROKERY PIMKIS's zone, Bernt Cesters stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gitano Bracchi came out of the goal and Bernt Cesters tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Genk getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Tibau Van Laer hit a great ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
