Kukova United were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after Limburg United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pavol Halko took the corner. The corner led to Kukova United's Dušan Ujlaky getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Gao Zhen Chao in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julius Vanneste, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ivan Galoša could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Julius Vanneste made a huge save. The supporters of Kukova United booed when Limburg United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dimitry Sannen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pavol Halko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 23 minutes into the game, Gao Zhen Chao cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Julius Vanneste was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Philip Toeback in the 27th minute of play forced Kukova United's goalkeeper Anıl Baran Uslu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kukova United's Anıl Baran Uslu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Philip Toeback in the 36th minute of play. A collision led to Limburg United getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Douglas Debecker hit a great ball. Julius Vanneste made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivan Galoša in the 46th minute. After 47 minutes Limburg United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pavol Halko who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Pavol Halko got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julius Vanneste quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Douglas Debecker was the one to do the kick off. Julius Vanneste took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gao Zhen Chao, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gao Zhen Chao in the 53rd minute of play forced Limburg United's goalkeeper Julius Vanneste to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54thth minute of the game Pavol Halko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Limburg United's Julius Vanneste was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ladislav Zemko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Julius Vanneste tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Limburg United's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislav Zemko came free, but Julius Vanneste reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
