No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Mirko Vervoort showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juergen Beyeler in the 54th minute of the match. After some careless play in the THE ROKERY PIMKIS defense, Nico-Jan Daalmeyer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gualtier Jetté. The THE ROKERY PIMKIS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gualtier Jetté should have stopped the shot. Mijdrecht Maffia's Mirko Vervoort played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Bigler in the 61st minute of play. 5-1 became the score in the 61st minute when Ivan Bigler elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, Mijdrecht Maffia's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Straumann came free, but Mirko Vervoort reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
