Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) FC Lugano's Fred Lara started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute Fred Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Aritza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yusuf Ziya Cerit in the 4th minute of play forced FC Truseni's goalkeeper Anibal Aritza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jakub Waselenczuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 11 minutes, Ruslan Cretu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Truseni and the FC Lugano players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ruslan Cretu kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, FC Lugano's Jack Saunders sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anibal Aritza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 18th minute Fred Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Aritza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jakub Waselenczuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anibal Aritza came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Lugano's Fred Lara. But to his dismay, Fred Lara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Jack Saunders received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Anibal Aritza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Lugano's La Para played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tudor Cobzar in the 27th minute of play. Anibal Aritza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred Lara, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Anibal Aritza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jack Saunders in the 34th minute of play. Jakub Waselenczuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anibal Aritza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred Lara in the 36th minute of play. If Jack Saunders had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. FC Truseni:s Anibal Aritza showed great skill when he stopped Fred Lara:s penalty. FC Truseni's Anibal Aritza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jack Saunders in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. George Pãduret was the one to do the kick off. Anibal Aritza was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Jack Saunders capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jack Saunders really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. FC Lugano made a substitution. Wincenty Kochowski replaced Igor Linares. 67 minutes into the match, FC Truseni's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Lara came free, but Anibal Aritza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Tudor Cobzar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fred Lara received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Anibal Aritza came out and tried to block the shot, but Fred Lara slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 83rd minute. 87 minutes into the match, FC Truseni's goalkeeper Anibal Aritza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fred Lara. After 87 minutes, Sandu Perju mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Truseni and the FC Lugano players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 89th minute, Tudor Cobzar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benoit Ritieni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mircea Dadu charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mircea Dadu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Lugano booed when FC Truseni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mircea Dadu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anibal Aritza didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FC Lugano's Klas Tingelholm shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-6 in the ordered_time% minute. FC Lugano played a much better game than FC Truseni and deserved their victory. The FC Truseni players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
