Ábel Barta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Servet Akburç in the 4th minute. A collision led to AVV Zeeburgia getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Aurel Gârleanu hit a great ball. In the 12th minute, Servet Akburç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 19 minutes into the match, AVV Zeeburgia's goal looked a bit too open when János Fazekas came free, but Aílton Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ábel Barta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Servet Akburç, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Servet Akburç got free with Ábel Barta in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Pál Medgyesi fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hungarian Olympic's protests and gave Pál Medgyesi a yellow card for diving instead. Pál Medgyesi hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After 31 played minutes AVV Zeeburgia got a freekick which was hit by Gregor Schut. In the 33rd minute János Fazekas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aílton Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th match minute, AVV Zeeburgia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregor Schut to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute, Aurel Gârleanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute, János Dala got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The AVV Zeeburgia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hungarian Olympic were winning 0-1.

Hungarian Olympic's Ábel Barta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurel Gârleanu in the 51st minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Servet Akburç notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Hungarian Olympic's Ábel Barta. Ábel Barta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Servet Akburç came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the AVV Zeeburgia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Servet Akburç couldn't finish the play. AVV Zeeburgia's Aílton Fernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by László Müller in the 64th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Natalio Rayman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When AVV Zeeburgia's Servet Akburç in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Hungarian Olympic's Ábel Barta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Servet Akburç in the 78th minute of play. Ábel Barta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Servet Akburç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Servet Akburç blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ábel Barta having to make a save. AVV Zeeburgia:s Aílton Fernandez showed great skill when he stopped György Király:s penalty. The excitement rose when Hungarian Olympic's György Király after 96 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for AVV Zeeburgia's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 1-3. The AVV Zeeburgia fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungarian Olympic were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
