Újlõrincfalva LC's Illés Kiss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Hinnen in the 4th minute of play. Lew Maurer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richárd Dárdai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Illés Kiss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland Cirella, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After a rather tough play, Újlõrincfalva LC's Illés Bihari got a free kick in the 31st minute. FC Wil 1900's Lew Maurer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dénes Kenesei in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joshua Anderhub in the 37th minute of play forced Újlõrincfalva LC's goalkeeper Illés Kiss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Máté Gellért kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 43rd match minute, Újlõrincfalva LC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richárd Dárdai to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 44 in the game by Karim Gerber from a close distance when the talented Illés Kiss managed to make a qualified save. Újlõrincfalva LC's players were relieved. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Boldizsár Szabados was the one to do the kick off. Karim Gerber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Illés Kiss having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fábián Müller in the 52nd minute of play forced FC Wil 1900's goalkeeper Lew Maurer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 53 played minutes FC Wil 1900 got a freekick which was hit by Lari Fari. Boldizsár Szabados who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Lew Maurer when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dénes Kenesei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lew Maurer came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Újlõrincfalva LC's Iván Koncz. But to his dismay, Iván Koncz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Lew Maurer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richárd Dárdai, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joshua Anderhub in the 69th minute of play forced Újlõrincfalva LC's goalkeeper Illés Kiss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Máté Bíró fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Újlõrincfalva LC's protests and gave Máté Bíró a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Újlõrincfalva LC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Máté Bíró hit a great ball. FC Wil 1900's Adriano Bollhalder got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dénes Kenesei got free with Lew Maurer in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lew Maurer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boldizsár Szabados in the 79th minute of play. After some careless play in the Újlõrincfalva LC defense, Adam Hinnen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Illés Kiss. The Újlõrincfalva LC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Illés Kiss should have stopped the shot. Lew Maurer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Richárd Dárdai in the 90th minute. In the 93rd match minute, FC Wil 1900 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adriano Bollhalder to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Boldizsár Szabados in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lew Maurer saved FC Wil 1900 from getting behind.
