The crowd rose to their feet as Shao Hui Li kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jorge Caetano. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Jean-Paul Daalmeyer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobus Sommers in the 10th minute of play. Jorge Caetano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ben Snel in the 14th minute of the match. When Zero Gravity's Mikolaj Ratulowski in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Underdogs's Jean-Paul Daalmeyer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiberto Bernebe in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd match minute, Zero Gravity was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filiberto Bernebe to maneuver through the defense. Jean-Paul Daalmeyer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Shao Hui Li's late challenge caught a Zero Gravity's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Shao Hui Li helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, The Underdogs's Shao Hui Li got a free kick in the 50th minute. In the 52nd minute, Matías Roganov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joonatan Dejardin in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jean-Paul Daalmeyer saved The Underdogs from getting behind. Shao Hui Li recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Denny Haan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorge Caetano was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Jean-Paul Daalmeyer made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Robbin De Ruyter sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 78 minutes, Shao Hui Li managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Underdogs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Shao Hui Li was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zero Gravity's Bass Villyn was substituted for Robbin De Ruyter. The Underdogs's Gerard van den Eede was substituted for Shao Hui Li. The audience was convinced that Gerard van den Eede's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorge Caetano was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. After 82 minutes, Gerard van den Eede made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. Zero Gravity's Jorge Caetano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jorge Caetano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 92 minutes into the match, The Underdogs's goal looked a bit too open when Mikolaj Ratulowski came free, but Jean-Paul Daalmeyer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Meindert Jonkman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gerard van den Eede blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorge Caetano having to make a save. Zero Gravity's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
