The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 6 played minutes FISHBONE 06 got a freekick which was hit by Radan Alić. In the 7thth minute of the game Rainier Salaar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FISHBONE 06's Edber Kalajdžić was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edber Kalajdžić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danny Trüssel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eike Pollastrini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abaz Vedadović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rainier Salaar in the 21st minute of play forced FISHBONE 06's goalkeeper Edber Kalajdžić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rainier Salaar in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edber Kalajdžić saved FISHBONE 06 from getting behind. A collision led to Ämmer Sportfreaks getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Moritz Flück hit a great ball. Eike Pollastrini acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 30th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Slobodan Drakul. 38 minutes into the match, FISHBONE 06's goal looked a bit too open when Rainier Salaar came free, but Edber Kalajdžić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FISHBONE 06's Edber Kalajdžić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rainier Salaar in the 38th minute of play. Eike Pollastrini was a little too slow when Franz Matko got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 1-1. Franz Matko in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eike Pollastrini, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rainier Salaar to make the kick off. Rainier Salaar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Edber Kalajdžić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute Rainier Salaar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edber Kalajdžić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edber Kalajdžić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rainier Salaar in the 56th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the game, Horatio Graf was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ämmer Sportfreaks's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FISHBONE 06 the free kick. In the 63rd match minute, Ämmer Sportfreaks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horatio Graf to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anel Srna in the 65th minute of play forced Ämmer Sportfreaks's goalkeeper Eike Pollastrini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Till Bürli kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Franz Matko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kristijan Đurić in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eike Pollastrini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eike Pollastrini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abaz Vedadović in the 80th minute of play. Eike Pollastrini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franz Matko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
