Spectators: 205 (Terracing: 154, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ricky Meijers started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Ted Borker left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ágætis Byrjun fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Ted Borker took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edwin Jennes. Edwin Jennes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. A collision led to VC zoetwater getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Marc Van Linthaut hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Ted Borker managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ágætis Byrjun's supporters rose to their feet, but Ted Borker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edwin Jennes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 16th minute, Ted Borker reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Edwin Jennes. The goal made the score 4-0. 23 minutes into the game, Ágætis Byrjun's Ted Borker nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edwin Jennes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. 29 minutes into the game, Ted Borker cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Edwin Jennes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 37th minute, Ted Borker ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edwin Jennes was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. VC zoetwater's Edwin Jennes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save VC zoetwater from getting a goal against them. Edwin Jennes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ted Borker, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 9-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ted Borker made a kick off. Edwin Jennes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ted Borker in the 51st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Ted Borker put it in 10-0 from a short distance just to the right of Edwin Jennes. VC zoetwater's Edwin Jennes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ted Borker in the 56th minute of play. Edwin Jennes came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Ágætis Byrjun's Lucien de Ridder. But to his dismay, Lucien de Ridder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. After 63 minutes, Ted Borker made it 12-0 with a short kick to the right side. VC zoetwater's Edwin Jennes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ricky Meijers took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maraman Reitsma. Maraman Reitsma dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-1. The supporters of Ágætis Byrjun booed when VC zoetwater was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robbrecht Caes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute of the match Ted Borker sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edwin Jennes skillfully saved the ball. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind VC zoetwater's goalkeeper Edwin Jennes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Ted Borker ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edwin Jennes was frozen by the shot and now it was 14-1. Ágætis Byrjun made a substitution. Arnout Boswijk replaced Fokke Reitsma. After some careless play in the VC zoetwater defense, Ted Borker kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edwin Jennes. The VC zoetwater fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edwin Jennes should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ted Borker in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edwin Jennes saved VC zoetwater from getting behind.
