Edwin Jennes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Edwin Jennes was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Erik Salens capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Erik Salens really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. After 16 played minutes Beetje Moe Re-United got a freekick which was hit by Aniol Sampil. 17 minutes into the game, Aniol Sampil recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edwin Jennes. Aniol Sampil showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Edwin Jennes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kurt Boer's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Kurt Boers short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Edwin Jennes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some careless play in the VC zoetwater defense, Aniol Sampil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edwin Jennes. The VC zoetwater fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edwin Jennes should have stopped the shot. Edwin Jennes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aniol Sampil's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Daan Poels could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Edwin Jennes made a huge save. Daan Poels fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edwin Jennes having to interfere. After some careless play in the VC zoetwater defense, Erik Salens kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edwin Jennes. The VC zoetwater fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edwin Jennes should have stopped the shot. Aniol Sampil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Edwin Jennes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kurt Boer's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 45thth minute, Edwin Jennes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kurt Boer to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Kurt Boer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Beetje Moe Re-United's supporters rose to their feet, but Kurt Boer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edwin Jennes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Beetje Moe Re-United's Kurt Boer in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye VC zoetwater's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Beetje Moe Re-United booed when VC zoetwater was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Joost Decoster didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kurt Boer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edwin Jennes having to interfere. Edwin Jennes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daan Poels, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aniol Sampil took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edwin Jennes. Edwin Jennes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. After a defensive mix-up in VC zoetwater's zone, Erik Salens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edwin Jennes came out of the goal and Erik Salens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kurt Boer in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edwin Jennes saved VC zoetwater from getting behind. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 10-0 when Aniol Sampil sped through VC zoetwater's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Edwin Jennes. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aniol Sampil in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edwin Jennes saved VC zoetwater from getting behind. Edwin Jennes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aniol Sampil, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Edwin Jennes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aniol Sampil went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. Kurt Boer took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edwin Jennes. Edwin Jennes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-0. In the 83rd minute, Aniol Sampil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Beetje Moe Re-United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 14-0. The Beetje Moe Re-United fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Beetje Moe Re-United's Kurt Boer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 15-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Edwin Jennes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Boer, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. 92 minutes into the game, Beetje Moe Re-United's Kurt Boer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edwin Jennes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 16-0. There was no doubt that Beetje Moe Re-United were the better team. Beetje Moe Re-United's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
