Spectators: 144 (Terracing: 109, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Vitório Simão got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Lenílson Velasco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hermínio Barros. Noia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lenílson Velasco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Pinheiros Capibaras FC's Norbert Glembin got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 9 played minutes Pinheiros Capibaras FC got a freekick which was hit by Norbert Glembin. Hermínio Barros came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Pinheiros Capibaras FC's Norbert Glembin. But to his dismay, Norbert Glembin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Dieguinho Bezerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Hermínio Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, Norbert Glembin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Hermínio Barros was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Noia defense, Lenílson Velasco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hermínio Barros. The Noia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hermínio Barros should have stopped the shot. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Noia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Roman Pavlyuchenko was slow to take the kick. During this time Pinheiros Capibaras FC's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Célio Rezende heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Noia's Hermínio Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lenílson Velasco in the 36th minute of play. Valdemar Figueiredo hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Lenílson Velasco might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hermínio Barros. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lenílson Velasco ran back to his position shaking his head. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Norbert Glembin made the kick off in the second half. Hermínio Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norbert Glembin in the 52nd minute of play. In the 58th minute of the match, Norbert Glembin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hermínio Barros saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Hermínio Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lenílson Velasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After 64 minutes of play, Pinheiros Capibaras FC's Lenílson Velasco made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hermínio Barros was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Noia defense, Lenílson Velasco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hermínio Barros. The Noia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hermínio Barros should have stopped the shot. Luís Fabiano Baptista hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After 81 played minutes Pinheiros Capibaras FC got a freekick which was hit by Roman Pavlyuchenko. Ulisses Penha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitório Simão in the 82nd minute of the match. 87 minutes in the game, Lenílson Velasco fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Hermínio Barros having to interfere. Hermínio Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norbert Glembin in the 97th minute of play. Pinheiros Capibaras FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
