Vitório Correia helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Edgar Guerra managed to get in a good position for a shot. SUPERSTAR - DMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgar Guerra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niclas Ellhof breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 13 minutes into the match, B-S-L's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Senna came free, but Niclas Ellhof reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Niclas Ellhof took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Guerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Válter Rosado made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Cristiano Salgado sent off a good shot on target. Válter Rosado made an important save on a dangerous shot by João Adolfo Fontes in the 21st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Afonsinho Monteiro during the 22nd minute. The referee gave Afonsinho Monteiro a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Válter Rosado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Breckenfeld in the 31st minute of the match. In the 36th minute, B-S-L's João Adolfo Fontes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Válter Rosado. Válter Rosado yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. With a little luck, SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Válter Rosado got control of the ball when Ruy de Amaral tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Augusto Senna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Niclas Ellhof was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice moves Cristiano Salgado could shoot a difficult shot in the 47th minute, which Válter Rosado however easily saved by the left post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristiano Salgado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to B-S-L getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Vitório Correia hit a great ball. When Álvaro Bittencourt fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SUPERSTAR - DMZ's protests and gave Álvaro Bittencourt a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of SUPERSTAR - DMZ booed when B-S-L was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guga Ferraz didn't get a good kick on the ball. SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Álvaro Bittencourt shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 95th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Niclas Ellhof but with some difficulty. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. B-S-L had won after a very even match.
