Spectators: 143 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the game, B-S-L's Cristiano Salgado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Júlio Alagoano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 6 played minutes Saecinza got a freekick which was hit by Rômulo Araújo. After 7 played minutes, B-S-L's Belmiro Abreu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Júlio Alagoano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in B-S-L reached it. Júlio Alagoano came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by B-S-L's Alexandre Breckenfeld. But to his dismay, Alexandre Breckenfeld quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Saecinza's Júlio Alagoano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cláudio Taffarel in the 15th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Juarês da Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saecinza's supporters rose to their feet, but Juarês da Rocha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niclas Ellhof breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 25th minute, Ricardinho Pombal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when B-S-L's Cristiano Salgado fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 28thth minute of the game Cláudio Taffarel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saecinza's Júlio Alagoano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Júlio Alagoano came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by B-S-L's Cláudio Taffarel. But to his dismay, Cláudio Taffarel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The supporters of Saecinza booed when B-S-L was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ediberto Travassos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in B-S-L's zone, Juarês da Rocha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niclas Ellhof came out of the goal and Juarês da Rocha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 37th minute, Cláudio Taffarel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Júlio Alagoano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After some careless play in the Saecinza defense, Cláudio Taffarel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Júlio Alagoano. The Saecinza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Júlio Alagoano should have stopped the shot. 44 minutes into the match, Cláudio Taffarel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Júlio Alagoano. Saecinza's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cláudio Taffarel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Juarês da Rocha was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Saecinza's goal looked a bit too open when Cláudio Taffarel came free, but Júlio Alagoano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Cláudio Taffarel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Júlio Alagoano, 0-7. Júlio Alagoano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurício Vasconcelos in the 57th minute of the match. In the 61st minute Ediberto Travassos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio Alagoano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sandro Secco kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. The long shot by Belmiro Abreu in the 63rd minute really tested Júlio Alagoano's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexandre Breckenfeld got free with Júlio Alagoano in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 67 minutes into the match, Cristiano Salgado notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Saecinza's Júlio Alagoano. Júlio Alagoano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 73 minutes into the game, Cristiano Salgado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Júlio Alagoano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 80th minute, João Adolfo Fontes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Júlio Alagoano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. Júlio Alagoano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurício Vasconcelos in the 84th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Guga Ferraz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Júlio Alagoano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. B-S-L's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
