The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cercadinho's supporters rose to their feet, but Carolo Urki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nilson Quaresma breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carolo Urki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Nilson Quaresma made a huge save. Niceto Gagriel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Nilson Quaresma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Altair FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carolo Urki came free, but Nilson Quaresma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 98 minutes into the game, Niceto Gagriel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nilson Quaresma. Niceto Gagriel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. Cercadinho's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
