Osmar Freitas lost his temper 16 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to S O B E R A N O CIMZ getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Fred Barreto hit a great ball. Dagoberto Nogueira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dorian Valladares went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. In the 29th match minute, Divina Comédia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Paulo Negri to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th minute, Adilson Monteiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Divina Comédia FC's Rogério Ceni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Kröger in the 32nd minute of play. Marcelo Massa lost his temper 33 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 33rd minute of the game. One of S O B E R A N O CIMZ:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Divina Comédia FC:s goal. Váldson Lopes walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 39th minute, Pedro Augusto Saraiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dagoberto Nogueira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedrão Paraense's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Dagoberto Nogueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dagoberto Nogueira was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Pedrão Paraense capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. When David Kröger came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the S O B E R A N O CIMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Kröger couldn't finish the play. 87 minutes into the match, Divina Comédia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gonçalo Torres came free, but Rogério Ceni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Pedrão Paraense notched a goal, 3-6, to the right of S O B E R A N O CIMZ's Dagoberto Nogueira. Dagoberto Nogueira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 92 played minutes S O B E R A N O CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Wesley Couto. With a little luck, S O B E R A N O CIMZ's Dagoberto Nogueira got control of the ball when Pedrão Paraense tried to sneak it across the goal line. Divina Comédia FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
