Yuri Brodel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Hoffmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oscar Vergílio's late challenge caught a Pendotiba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oscar Vergílio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 5th match minute, Patinhos AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Vergílio to maneuver through the defense. Ricardinho Trigo struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Yuri Brodel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pendotiba. Patinhos AD's Yuri Brodel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Neves in the 8th minute of play. Yuri Brodel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Hoffmann in the 11th minute. In the 19th minute, Pendotiba's Paulo Neves ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Yuri Brodel. Yuri Brodel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After having played for 22 minutes, Cristian Hoffmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pendotiba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Hoffmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 24th minute, Cristian Hoffmann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yuri Brodel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Yuri Brodel made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Cristian Hoffmann sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Paulo Neves took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Yuri Brodel to make any attempt to save it. Yuri Brodel was a little too slow when Paulo Neves got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 4-0. Pendotiba's Allan Arruda quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Vito da Costa, made in the 40th minute of the game. Yuri Brodel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Neves in the 42nd minute of the match. Naldo Hermes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yuri Brodel having to make a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulo Neves was the one to do the kick off. Oscar Vergílio was shown his second yellow card after 50 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Pendotiba booed when Patinhos AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Vergílio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yuri Brodel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Hoffmann in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd minute, Cristian Hoffmann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yuri Brodel was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. If Cristian Hoffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Cristian Hoffmann left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pendotiba fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eliseu Neto during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Patinhos AD getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Eliseu Neto hit a great ball. Ricardinho Trigo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Yuri Brodel. Patinhos AD's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Pendotiba's Cristian Hoffmann in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 66 minutes of play, Pendotiba's Cristian Hoffmann made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yuri Brodel was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 71 minutes, Cristian Hoffmann made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Patinhos AD's Yuri Brodel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Naldo Hermes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Hoffmann in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yuri Brodel saved Patinhos AD from getting behind. After 87 minutes of play, Pendotiba's Norberto Marques made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yuri Brodel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Yuri Brodel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Hoffmann in the 93rd minute of the match. Norberto Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Yuri Brodel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pendotiba fully deserved thier win.
