Cristiano Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Emílio Branco charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After some careless play in the Patinhos AD defense, Celso Dantas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yuri Brodel. The Patinhos AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yuri Brodel should have stopped the shot. Pratigipe EC's Cláudio Soares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Pratigipe EC from getting a goal against them. Hugo Tande hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. If Celso Dantas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Pratigipe EC booed when Patinhos AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Couto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Natã Hames fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yuri Brodel having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Richard Campidelis to strike the kick off in the second half. Cláudio Soares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Campidelis, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Pratigipe EC's Cláudio Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Couto in the 54th minute of play. Cláudio Soares came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Patinhos AD's Richard Campidelis. But to his dismay, Richard Campidelis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Wilson Couto took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cláudio Soares. Cláudio Soares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Lucas Couto kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 4-2 when Celso Dantas sped through Patinhos AD's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Yuri Brodel. 84 minutes into the match, Lucas Couto notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Pratigipe EC's Cláudio Soares. Cláudio Soares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 88 minutes into the match, Pratigipe EC's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Campidelis came free, but Cláudio Soares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Pratigipe EC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Rubens Neves hit a great ball.
