The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edmílson Mandrak during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A hard shot 5 in the game by Ernesto Damião from a close distance when the talented Giuseppe Queirós managed to make a qualified save. Wakanda fv FSCMZ's players were relieved. 6 minutes into the match, Wakanda fv FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Emílio Matorin came free, but Giuseppe Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Aílton Ferreira fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wakanda fv FSCMZ's protests and gave Aílton Ferreira a yellow card for diving instead. Aílton Ferreira kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Ernesto Damião could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Giuseppe Queirós made a huge save. Giuseppe Queirós was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Emílio Matorin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Emílio Matorin really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Rodriguinho Valladares kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Wakanda fv FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Tales Vasconcelos came free, but Giuseppe Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Giuseppe Queirós managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when Minotauro's Romeu Sousa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Giovanni de Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodriguinho Valladares in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Emílio Matorin made a precise shot to the right of Giuseppe Queirós. Wakanda fv FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Armandinho Mattos made in the 33rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Minotauro's Severino Guerra. 37 minutes into the match, Wakanda fv FSCMZ's goalkeeper Giuseppe Queirós had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romeu Sousa. Giuseppe Queirós was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Tales Vasconcelos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tales Vasconcelos really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Minotauro's Zé Paulo Mendonça was substituted for Severino Guerra. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ernesto Damião to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Ernesto Damião had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Giuseppe Queirós. Wakanda fv FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ernesto Damião was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After some careless play in the Wakanda fv FSCMZ defense, Bartosz Bednorz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Giuseppe Queirós. The Wakanda fv FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Giuseppe Queirós should have stopped the shot. Giuseppe Queirós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Damião, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tales Vasconcelos took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Giuseppe Queirós. Giuseppe Queirós dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. 74 minutes into the match, Ernesto Damião had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Giuseppe Queirós. Wakanda fv FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ernesto Damião was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Ernesto Damião took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Giuseppe Queirós. Giuseppe Queirós dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. In the 80th minute, Tales Vasconcelos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Giuseppe Queirós was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. Tales Vasconcelos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ernesto Damião took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Giuseppe Queirós. Giuseppe Queirós dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Damião in the 88th minute of play forced Wakanda fv FSCMZ's goalkeeper Giuseppe Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Emílio Matorin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Minotauro's Giovanni de Toledo got control of the ball when Rodriguinho Valladares tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Wakanda fv FSCMZ getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Rodriguinho Valladares hit a great ball. Paulinho Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giuseppe Queirós having to interfere. Minotauro's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
