After a rather tough play, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Ediberto Xavier got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 6th minute, Francisco da Cunha reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Doriva Simões. The goal made the score 1-0. 13 minutes into the game, Hamilton Luis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Doriva Simões. Hamilton Luis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Francisco da Cunha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carlos Leclerc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcel Queirós in the 17th minute of the match. Francisco da Cunha succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 19th playminute. Doriva Simões made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeu Prestes in the 24th minute of play. A collision led to CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Frank Botelho hit a great ball. Jeremias Linhares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Doriva Simões read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Bruno Paes lost his temper 43 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 43 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ! Doriva Simões had in the 45thth minute some difficulties stopping Jeremias Linhares's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Arí Vidal hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute, Júnior Tinoco sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Carlos Leclerc didn't even have to move.

A collision led to Jumeuc Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Francisco da Cunha hit a great ball. Hamilton Luis hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Hamilton Luis scored 5-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Doriva Simões, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 67th minute, Tadeu Prestes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Jumeuc Futebol Clube.
