Leopoldo Galvão scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Doriva Simões, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Doriva Simões showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Galvão, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. 8 minutes into the game, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Marcel Queirós nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abel de Brito made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 11 played minutes C.R. KRAKER 81 got a freekick which was hit by Inácio Camargo. Abel de Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabrício Miranda in the 11th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Galvão in the 13th minute of play forced CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Doriva Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Reginaldo Borges was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.R. KRAKER 81 the free kick. A collision led to CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Reginaldo Borges hit a great ball. Doriva Simões showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Galvão in the 15th minute of the match. In the 20th minute José Paulo Amorim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doriva Simões saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvinho Cordeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Doriva Simões tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rdth minute of the game Agnaldo Sampaio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.R. KRAKER 81's Abel de Brito was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 25th minute, José Paulo Amorim ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Doriva Simões was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Abel de Brito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcel Queirós in the 27th minute. After a rather tough play, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Artur Sarmento got a free kick in the 32nd minute. With a little luck, C.R. KRAKER 81's Abel de Brito got control of the ball when Marcel Queirós tried to sneak it across the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Leopoldo Galvão notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Doriva Simões. Doriva Simões was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcel Queirós stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Artur Sarmento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Doriva Simões was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Nelsinho Vergílio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nelsinho Vergílio really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ made a substitution. Kauan Garcia replaced Edinho Favoretto. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Natã Koehler was substituted for Ediberto Xavier. 62 minutes into the match, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Doriva Simões had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nelsinho Vergílio. In the 64th minute, C.R. KRAKER 81's José Paulo Amorim ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Doriva Simões. Doriva Simões yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Eduardo Duarte was substituted for José Maria Macedo. Franklin Esteves hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After 76 played minutes, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Fabrício Miranda shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Abel de Brito came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Silvinho Cordeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.R. KRAKER 81's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvinho Cordeiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Doriva Simões breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, C.R. KRAKER 81's Franklin Esteves got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Fabrício Miranda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abel de Brito read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. A collision led to CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Reginaldo Borges hit a great ball. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Doriva Simões proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Natã Koehler got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The C.R. KRAKER 81 supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing C.R. KRAKER 81 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
