Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Belmiro Paraíba started the match with the kick off. Hílton Costa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Igor Ramos went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 5 minutes, Igor Ramos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Compugraf's supporters crossed their fingers, but Igor Ramos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eliseu Linhares succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 15th playminute. 18 minutes into the match, Compugraf's Igor Ramos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hílton Costa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Xurupita FC's Hílton Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilton Camargo in the 22nd minute of play. Igor Ramos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hílton Costa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th minute Compugraf were awarded a corner. Júlio Neves went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Percy Cunha got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hílton Costa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Hílton Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Ramos in the 26th minute of the match. Eliseu Linhares's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Chico Fernandez firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 30th minute Xurupita FC were awarded a corner. Eurico Dante went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Compugraf's goalie and right to José Paulo Cardozo. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Compugraf's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Eliseu Linhares's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Chico Fernandez firmly grabbed it by the left post. Xurupita FC were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Compugraf's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eurico Dante took the corner. Xurupita FC's Eurico Dante was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Chico Fernandez in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 37th minute, Wilton Camargo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hílton Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Wilton Camargo made the kick off in the second half. Igor Ramos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xurupita FC's Hílton Costa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Xurupita FC from getting a goal against them. Chico Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belmiro Paraíba, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 61 minutes into the game, Belmiro Paraíba cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Chico Fernandez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Xurupita FC's Hílton Costa got control of the ball when Igor Ramos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chico Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belmiro Paraíba, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Belmiro Paraíba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chico Fernandez having to interfere. The supporters of Xurupita FC booed when Compugraf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilton Camargo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Xurupita FC's Belmiro Paraíba in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Compugraf's goalie prevented a goal. If Belmiro Paraíba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Compugraf's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
