The audience thought a goal was coming when Nelsinho Meira got free with Flávio Batista in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mané Bezerra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Flávio Batista made a huge save. Itajaí Football Club's attack was well implemented in the 88th minute, but when Jarbas Hermes was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick.
