Comanche EC's João Pedro Soeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamim Jacinto in the 34th minute of play. Abelardo Sena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Planet Caravan's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Correia came free, but Jonathan Teixeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aníbal Guedes might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over João Pedro Soeiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aníbal Guedes ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonathan Teixeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abelardo Sena in the 43rd minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benjamim Jacinto was the one to do the kick off. João Pedro Soeiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Murillo de Almeida's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. When Murillo de Almeida fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Planet Caravan's protests and gave Murillo de Almeida a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benjamim Jacinto in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Pedro Soeiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benjamim Jacinto in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Pedro Soeiro saved Comanche EC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamim Jacinto in the 64th minute of play forced Comanche EC's goalkeeper João Pedro Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Pedro Soeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamim Jacinto in the 65th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Comanche EC's Aírton Tróia got a free kick in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamim Jacinto in the 76th minute of play forced Comanche EC's goalkeeper João Pedro Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benjamim Jacinto in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Pedro Soeiro saved Comanche EC from getting behind. Murillo de Almeida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aírton Tróia succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 96th playminute. Planet Caravan's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
